I tried to return a pair of shoes the whole thing was way more of a hassle than it needed to be. The instructions were confusing, everything moved painfully slow, and I felt like I was being forced to just sit there and be patient while nothing actually got fixed. The refund took forever, and customer support only sent short, unhelpful replies. I’m definitely not ordering from them again...

I ordered from chikoshoes.com and ran into an issue with my order, so I reached out to customer service thinking it would be a simple fix. It took a few days to hear back, and when they finally replied, it felt like one of those generic responses they send to everyone, not something meant for my actual problem.
I tried following up a couple more times, but the conversation never really went anywhere. After a while, it kind of felt like the easiest solution was supposed to be me just dropping it. Not a great experience, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again

The shoes look good and they fit me fine, so I can’t really complain too much. But the material feels a little cheaper than I was expecting, and after just a few wears I already noticed some small creases. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, "some creasing is normal with regular use," which I get, but I still hoped they’d hold up a bit better. They’re not bad for the price, just not amazing.

I’ve usually had good experiences with this brand, so I was a little torn on this one. It’s comfortable enough for everyday use, but it didn’t really wow me. I wanted to love it because I’m kind of loyal to the brand, but the comfort was just okay, not amazing.

I ordered a pair of shoes and the delivery estimate made it seem like they’d show up quickly, but then the timing just got really confusing. One day it looked like they were supposed to arrive soon, then the tracking barely changed for ages, and I couldn’t tell if they were delayed, lost, or just sitting somewhere. I contacted support a couple of times, but it felt like I kept getting the same copy-and-paste response. By the time the shoes finally showed up, I was kind of over it and didn’t even feel excited to wear them anymore.

There are a few styles I think are really cute, and overall it looks okay. It’s not totally my favorite, but it still has some nice options.

I was expecting the fit to be true to size, but it ended up feeling smaller than I thought it would. I’d probably size up next time
